Alcoholic beverages are 21+. I will not serve alcohol to anyone who is not at the legal age for consumption. Everyone is subject to having their ID checked before being served.
Drink responsibly! I reserve the right to and will refuse alcohol service to individuals displaying signs of excessive intoxication.
I’m available for DRY HIRE only, meaning I do not purchase alcohol for events due to Maryland and DC liquor liability laws. I will provide you with an alcohol shopping list after your consultation with an estimated price breakdown.
Consultation must be scheduled at least three weeks prior to your event date.
The event date is reserved for 48 hours following your consultation. If there’s no confirmation of booking within that time, I will consider that date available.
Liability waiver, contract, and a %50 deposit are required upon booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due at least two weeks prior to the event date.
All borrowed equipment will be returned at the end of the event. There will be a fee for any damaged/lost equipment, which includes the cost of the product plus shipping. These fees will be outlined in the contract signed upon booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial 50% deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellation at least two weeks before the event date will result in a refund of the second 50% if it has already been paid. Cancellation within two weeks of the event is nonrefundable.
